Proposed, developed, and executed district-wide community events while supporting small businesses with their own programming through planning guidance, permitting support, marketing, and execution. Led recurring block parties, seasonal celebrations, and art receptions that evolved into well-attended neighborhood traditions, strengthening community identity and increasing corridor-wide participation.
