Led all digital communications for the Ocean Avenue Association Community Benefit District, serving as the sole creator, editor, and designer of the monthly newsletter and managing social media content. Independently redesigned and relaunched the newsletter, doubling the email list and maintaining an average open rate of over 50% across multiple years. Communications supported attendance, visibility, and engagement for district initiatives and community partner events.
