Led a series of district-wide, family-friendly walking events designed to drive foot traffic, introduce visitors to local businesses, and support economic activity along Ocean Avenue. Managed online marketing, event coordination, and on-site hosting in partnership with city agencies, artists, and local merchants. Events regularly drew 150+ attendees and were among the first CBD-led walking programs reintroduced in San Francisco post-COVID. The Boba Walk edition became the highest-performing iteration in both attendance and sales.
